The factory is equipped with high-performance machinery, including: • Extruders with production widths ranging from 10 cm to 110 cm • Sling bag manufacturing machines • Grinders and mixers • Flexography printing machines with up to 6 colours • A laboratory for manufacturing photopolymer printing plates • A negative film flashing office for special printing

The manufacture of plastic bags and films is carried out using inflatable extrusion, which allows the production of plastic film sheaths from polymer granules..

The factory produces approximately: • 1,100 tonnes per month • 13,200 tonnes per year Storage facilities are available to support production and distribution. Production meets domestic and industrial needs, with surplus exported to neighbouring countries.

Quality control is carried out in two stages: 1. Samples of finished products are tested in the factory laboratory. 2. After validation, permanent quality controllers inspect the products before packaging.

Waste Recovery & Sustainability

Waste Recovery & Sustainability

Plastic waste generated during production is recovered and processed through: • Washing • Grinding • Granulation The recovered material is reused or upgraded for further production.
